Are there missable trophies or achievements?

The current PowerPyx, Space4Games, and XboxAchievements roadmaps agree: there are no missable trophies or achievements. They report that earlier regions remain available after the story for collection and cleanup.

The scope matters. “No missable trophies” does not prove that every optional conversation, side interaction, or temporary story state can be replayed. If you care about seeing all narrative content, keep rotating manual saves and read transition warnings before advancing.

Can you keep playing after the story?

The reviewed completion guides report post-story free roam, allowing you to revisit regions and finish trophy or achievement cleanup before beginning NG+. A practical sequence is:

1. Finish the story and create the reported completed save.
2. Re-enter that save for regional cleanup.
3. Compare the live platform tracker with your remaining objectives.
4. Make a separate manual save before committing to New Game Plus.

This order reduces unnecessary repetition without claiming that every inventory or quest state behaves identically across patches.

Is New Game Plus required?

Yes—New Game Plus is required for 100% trophy or achievement completion according to all three reviewed roadmaps. Their completion routes place the NG+ clear and additional progression requirements in the second playthrough. TechRadar’s completed review also reports that NG+ becomes available when the first run ends.

Does difficulty affect trophies or achievements?

PowerPyx and XboxAchievements report no difficulty-related trophy or achievement requirement on the first playthrough. You can therefore choose a first-run setting around your preferred combat challenge. NG+ is different: the sources report a separate Reincarnation+ condition for that run, so do not generalize the first-run rule to the required second playthrough.

What carries over to New Game Plus?

The reviewed sources support NG+ availability and its role in completion, but they do not jointly provide a versioned, category-by-category carry-over table. Check the current NG+ confirmation screen and keep a pre-NG+ manual save. This page does not guess about every currency, consumable, map marker, or story flag.

What about fast travel?
