That does not mean everything is obtainable in one run. Some completion requirements are reserved for NG+. It also does not guarantee that every optional conversation or temporary story event is replayable. These are published-guide findings, not our own complete save-file test.
Can you keep playing after the story?
Yes: the reviewed guides report post-story free roam. You do not need to start NG+ just to return to earlier regions. Our recommended order is to finish first-run cleanup, then preserve that progress before the second run.
If you only want to finish the story, you can stop after the ending. The extra steps below are for players pursuing trophies, achievements, or more exploration.
Is New Game Plus required?
Yes, for the full trophy or achievement list—not just to reach the ending. The three roadmaps require a completed NG+ run and identify additional progression requirements there. TechRadar’s review also confirms NG+ becomes available after finishing the first run.

- Unfinished first-run objectives: return after the story; entering NG+ is not necessary for that cleanup.

What carries over to New Game Plus?
