Beast of Reincarnation Chapter 1 Walkthrough: Seedling Checkpoints

This page covers Chapter 1, Seedling, and names only its near-term objective checkpoints. GameFAQs uses Oguchi; Neoseeker uses Oguochi. This page calls it the Oguchi (spelled “Oguochi” by Neoseeker) Buffer Zone as a reading convention, not an official canonical name. Stop at the heading that matches your current objective if you want to preserve later Chapter 1 scenes.

Objective sequence

1. Orient in the Oguchi (spelled “Oguochi” by Neoseeker) Buffer Zone. Follow the objective and use the nearest discovered campsite as your recovery/retry landmark. The route is intentionally not reproduced turn by turn.
2. Reach the Foreman in the Subcity. GameFAQs reports the Foreman after the Subcity combat sequence; Neoseeker’s Chapter 1 structure independently includes The Foreman in the Subcity as a named checkpoint.
3. Follow the first Nushi objective. Both walkthrough structures place The Prowling Nushi before the Chapter 1 preparation and lair segments. For encounter cues rather than a complete strategy, use the Rangifer guide.
4. Prepare at the Walker, then resume the pursuit. Neoseeker separately lists Make Preparations for Tomorrow, Toward the Nushi's Lair, and Path to the Sealed Lair. Into Indie Games also describes the later Chapter 1 objective as tracking the Nushi to its lair.
5. Use the current objective at the lair boundary. Read the game prompt before entering; this page does not reveal the outcome or convert a third-party route into a copied map.

Checkpoint and response notes

The goal of this route is orientation, not completionist collection. If a fight blocks progress, the official Xbox Wire starter tips provide general early-game context for Emma/Koo combat and Koo commands. They do not establish a Chapter 1 route, boss timing, or required build.

If the named checkpoint or objective text differs, stop following this page and use the current in-game marker. That is safer than forcing an update-sensitive walkthrough sequence.
